With my other two children we were so excited when they reached different milestones. With Oliver, the excitement is such a different feeling. Oliver and all of us work so hard to reach these milestones that when he finally reaches them, we are overcome with excitement.
A couple of weeks ago Oliver began holding his head up like a champ!
Oliver is able to sit in his highchair with the back reclined.
Oliver is rolling from his stomach to his back. He still needs a little assistance with me placing him in a plank position, but he rolls both directions! We are working very hard to roll from the back to the stomach. This seems to be very challenging for him.
Oliver enjoys being in his sleeper bouncer. Since he spits up, I try to keep his head elevated for at least 15 minutes after eating.
Oliver is now reaching for things! This started last Thursday! He loves to feel different textures. Oliver is scratching the screening.
One of Oliver’s favorite toys is his mirror that is attached to the activity mat. He loves to look at himself! Can’t say I blame him; I love to look at him too!
This ball continues to be a favorite for Ollie. It is light weight and with the size it is easy for him to grasp and fling around!
When Oliver becomes fussy, we play videos of him playing and laughing. He loves it!
